Job Title: Project Manager – Civil Construction

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to independently lead our civil construction projects. The primary posting will be at our Gadchiroli project site. The selected candidate should also be willing to visit our Gadchandur project site (approximately 150 km away) whenever required for project coordination and monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage day-to-day execution of civil construction projects.
- Execute major RCC structures for Cement Plants, Steel Plants, and Thermal Power Plants.
- Prepare and monitor project planning, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Handle project billing, quantity verification, client billing, and subcontractor billing.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Plan and manage labour mobilization, manpower deployment, and productivity.
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials, machinery, and equipment.
- Monitor project quality, safety, and progress as per project specifications.
- Control project costs and ensure timely completion within budget.
- Lead site engineers, supervisors, surveyors, and subcontractors.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and participate in review meetings.
- Resolve technical and execution-related issues at site.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 8–15 years of experience in industrial civil construction.
- Hands-on experience in Cement Plant, Steel Plant, or Thermal Power Plant projects.
- Strong knowledge of RCC structures, project planning, billing, estimation, and execution.
- Experience in handling large project teams, labour contractors, and multiple agencies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel between Gadchiroli and Gadchandur project sites as required.
