Senior Project Manager
Location: Noida / Gurugram / Pune / Bangalore
Shift: 1:30 PM – 11:30 PM (Hybrid)
Experience: 10+ Years
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple IT projects end-to-end using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
- Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and RAID tracking.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, clients, and external partners for successful delivery.
- Conduct Scrum ceremonies and ensure SDLC governance compliance.
- Track project progress, resource allocation, costing, and stakeholder communication.
- Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and best practices.
- Use tools like JIRA, Asana, MS Project, Confluence, and ServiceNow for project tracking and reporting.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall project management.
- Knowledge of Gen AI, AI deployment workflows, ML lifecycle, cloud basics (AWS/Azure), and automation/RPA tools.
- Expertise in project planning, risk management, scope control, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree required.
- PMP/Prince2 preferred.
- SAFe Agile / Agile Scrum Master certification mandatory.
Experience Required
- 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT.
- Experience managing at least 2 projects simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience as Scrum Master in Agile projects and PM in Waterfall projects.
- Strong client-facing and consulting experience with end-to-end project delivery exposure.
