Role Description
CommLab India is seeking a full-time Project Manager for an on-site position located in Hyderabad. The Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end management of eLearning development projects, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients to understand project requirements, creating project timelines, allocating resources, and supervising cross-functional teams. Additionally, the role involves risk assessment, resolving challenges, maintaining documentation, and providing regular project updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Project management skills, including planning, monitoring, and delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and foster collaboration
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- Proficiency in time management, problem-solving, and decision-making to address project challenges effectively
- Knowledge of eLearning trends and tools is highly desirable
- Experience in working with large, multinational organizations is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Project Management, or related field is required; PMP or similar certifications are advantageous
