Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of our real estate projects in Ahmedabad. In this full-time, on-site role, the Project Manager will coordinate with various stakeholders, manage project timelines, and ensure compliance with quality standards. Key responsibilities include budgetary oversight, resource allocation, risk assessment, supervising construction teams, and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Qualifications
- Strong project management skills, including scheduling, task delegation, and resource allocation
- Thorough understanding of construction management, real estate development processes, and on-site project supervision
- Proficiency in using project management tools and software
- Problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership abilities
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients
- A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in managing residential and commercial real estate projects is highly desirable
- Knowledge of industry standards, legal regulations, and safety protocols
