Job Description – Project Manager

Chhapadia Organics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee organic agriculture and certification projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate organic farming and certification projects.
- Ensure compliance with NPOP, GOTS/OCS, and regenagri standards.
- Coordinate with Internal Control System (ICS) teams, farmers, certification bodies, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project timelines, documentation, and implementation.
- Conduct training and provide technical guidance on certification requirements.
- Support internal inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
- Prepare project reports and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in organic agriculture, certification, or sustainable farming projects.
- Strong knowledge of NPOP Standards, GOTS/OCS Requirements, and regenagri Standard.
- Experience in managing ICS operations and certification processes.
- Good communication, documentation, and project management skills.
- Must be willing to relocate to Patnagarh, Odisha, for the first 6 months, followed by relocation to Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
- Willingness to travel to project locations as required.
