You’ll be responsible for driving projects end-to-end, aligning teams, and ensuring execution stays on track. The expectation is simple — clear plans, predictable delivery, and no surprises.
What you will be working on
- Own project delivery from planning to execution and closure
- Define scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, business)
- Track progress, identify risks, and resolve blockers proactively
- Ensure clear communication across stakeholders at all levels
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and quality standards
- Drive regular status updates, reviews, and reporting
- Improve processes to increase efficiency and delivery predictability
What we are looking for
- Strong experience in project management (5+ years)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project, etc.)
- Good understanding of Agile / Scrum / Waterfall methodologies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
