Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end projects related to hygiene, sanitisation, and personal care products.
- Coordinate with product development, sourcing, manufacturing, packaging, marketing, and sales teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and execution strategies for new product launches and operational initiatives.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to ensure smooth delivery.
- Manage vendor and third-party coordination for product development, packaging, and production activities.
- Ensure products meet quality, compliance, and safety standards.
- Work closely with leadership to prioritize projects aligned with business goals and growth plans.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and cross-functional communication.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency across departments.
- Support product launch planning across ecommerce, retail, and distribution channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 3–6 years of project management experience, preferably in hygiene, FMCG, personal care, wellness, or consumer goods industries.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and cross-functional coordination.
- Experience managing product launches, manufacturing timelines, and vendor coordination.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
