About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Operations / Production Manager to join a long-term project in India (Chandigarh).
This is a key role responsible for daily production management, performance control, and ensuring production targets are met. You will work closely with Czech management and play an important role in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
🔧 Your Responsibilities
- Daily on-site supervision of production operations
- Managing production performance and operational efficiency
- Monitoring production status and warehouse processes
- Identifying deviations, time losses, and bottlenecks
- Leading corrective actions (PDCA cycle)
- Daily reporting to management (calls + digital tools)
- Close cooperation with team leaders and local staff
- Driving continuous improvement (CI mindset)
✅ Requirements
- Strong experience in production / operations management
- Ability to manage daily operations and react quickly
- Very good English (daily communication), Czech - intermediate
- High resilience and ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to work in an international environment (India)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
➕ Nice to Have
- Experience working abroad
- Knowledge of Lean / CI / PDCA methodologies
- Experience with production planning, logistics, or purchasing
