This is a high-ownership, high-impact role sitting directly within the Founders Office. You will operate at the intersection of product management and client success — providing the tech team with sharp, real-world feedback while simultaneously driving sales outreach and ensuring clients are actively using and succeeding with the product.

Key Responsibilities
Product Management
• Act as the voice of the customer to the tech team, gather product feedback, identify gaps, and convert insights into actionable improvements.
• Collaborate with developers to prioritise features, track the product roadmap, and ensure timely delivery. • Document pain points, user stories, and feature requests clearly and concisely.
• Monitor product performance and usage data to inform decisions.
Client Success & Sales
• Own the end-to-end client relationship — from onboarding to day-to-day servicing and retention.
• Drive outreach campaigns and lead generation to acquire new clients.
• Ensure existing clients are actively engaged with the product and realising tangible value.
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within the existing client base.
• Resolve escalations swiftly and professionally, maintaining a high satisfaction bar.
Founders Office
• Work directly alongside the founders on strategic initiatives and special projects.
• Be the connective tissue between product, tech, sales, and operations.
• Bring structured thinking and scrappy execution in equal measure.
What We Are Looking For
• 2–5 years of experience in product management, client success, or a hybrid sales role — ideally within FoodTech, SaaS, or B2B tech.
• Prior exposure to the F&B industry (restaurants, bars, cafes, clubs) is a strong advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills — well spoken, persuasive, and confident in any room. • Natural relationship builder: warm, outgoing, and genuinely curious about clients' challenges.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity with minimal hand-holding — a true startup mindset.
• Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
• Data-driven: you back recommendations with numbers, not just gut feel.
• Deep passion for building something from the ground up — you want to be part of the founding story.
