Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Retail Store Interior Fit-Out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing projects from planning to handover, ensuring timely execution, quality standards, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete execution of retail interior fit-out projects from project initiation to handover.
- Ensure timely completion of projects within the approved budget and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare BOQs, measurements, running bills, and final bills.
- Handle material procurement and vendor coordination to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Supervise site execution and monitor daily project progress.
- Lead and manage site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and labour teams.
- Resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth project execution.
- Track project schedules, costs, and prepare progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Retail Store Interior Fit-Out projects (Mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of interior construction, finishing works, and site management.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel (Advanced) including formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, project tracking, billing, and reporting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for reading, reviewing, and coordinating architectural and interior drawings.
- Experience in BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, and final billing.
- Material planning, procurement, and vendor management.
- Excellent client coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong team handling and leadership abilities.
- Ability to plan, execute, and monitor multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of project scheduling and execution timelines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is preferred.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
