Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager, located in the Greater Delhi Area. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate construction projects to ensure they meet quality, timeline, and budget requirements. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, monitoring progress, liaising with clients and stakeholders, coordinating logistics, supervising inspections, managing expediting activities, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive experience in Project Management and the ability to oversee all aspects of project execution
- Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor processes to ensure timely delivery of materials and adherence to timelines
- Strong Inspection skills with knowledge of quality assurance processes and standards
- Expertise in managing Logistics and coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and contractors
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Experience in the construction or infrastructure industry is preferred
- Proficiency in relevant project management software and tools
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
