Position: Project Manager
Experience: 10–16 years
Experience Requirements:
• 10 to 14 years of experience in the IT industry
• Preferably from the banking industry
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the BFSI domain
Role Overview
The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, managing multiple large-scale projects, and ensuring alignment with business objectives, client expectations, and revenue goals.
Key Skills, Responsibilities & Capabilities
• Manage project development across multiple methodologies, from initiation through closure
• Demonstrate strong expertise in project management, project planning, and execution
• Ensure end-to-end project delivery with a focus on quality, timelines, and cost
• Track and manage revenue realization for assigned projects
• Architect the overall project approach during pre-sales and project planning phases
• Oversee day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large-scale client projects
• Manage client interactions and expectations effectively across projects
• Anticipate client needs and propose alternative or improved business solutions
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen client relationships
• Maintain a strong understanding of each client’s business, organization, and objectives
• Review high-level deliverables across projects and ensure adherence to scope
• Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate risks across projects
• Serve as a key participant in internal team meetings and client discussions
• Resolve issues and address challenges throughout the project lifecycle
• Apply creative and analytical thinking in a dynamic, problem-solving environment
