About Us :
Auliso is a premium home automation and AV integration company specializing in luxury smart homes, home theatres, networking, lighting control, surveillance, audio-video and integrated lifestyle technology solutions.
We are looking for a highly responsible and technically sound Project Manager who can independently handle execution of high-end residential and commercial projects while coordinating clients, internal teams, vendors and timelines.
Key Responsibilities :
Project Execution
- Manage complete lifecycle of automation & AV projects from handover to completion
- Understand BOQ, drawings, client requirements and technical scope
- Coordinate with sales, presales, design and operations teams
- Ensure project timelines are achieved without compromising quality
Site Coordination
- Visit project sites regularly
- Coordinate with electricians, carpenters, interior designers, architects and consultants
- Ensure proper wiring standards, conduit planning and installation quality
- Resolve on-site technical and execution issues
Team Management
- Lead installation and programming teams
- Allocate manpower based on project priorities
- Conduct daily follow-ups and progress reviews
- Ensure discipline and reporting from site teams
Client Communication
- Be the single point of contact during execution phase
- Handle client updates professionally
- Manage escalations calmly and confidently
- Maintain premium customer experience standards
Documentation & Reporting
- Daily project status updates
- Maintain installation checklists and snag lists
- Track material movement and pending items
- Share progress photos/videos internally
- Coordinate billing stages with accounts and management
Quality Control
- Ensure neat finishing and professional execution
- Verify rack dressing, labeling, networking standards and testing
- Conduct final demo and handover process
- Ensure all passwords, IPs and access details are documented properly

Candidate should have experience in one or more:

Preferred Experience
- 2 to 6 years experience in automation / AV / electrical / smart home industry
- Experience handling luxury residential projects preferred
- Experience coordinating multiple sites simultaneously is a plus
Qualification
- Diploma / BE / BTech in Electrical, Electronics, IT or related field preferred
