Job Title: Project Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end project execution. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and successfully delivering projects within scope, timeline, and budget while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead project planning sessions and define project scope, goals, and deliverables
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders
Track project progress and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Conduct regular status meetings and provide progress reports to leadership
Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related field
5+ years of experience in project management
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Asana, etc.)
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong risk management and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum Master certification
Experience in IT/Software development projects
Exposure to client-facing roles
