Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager located in delhi. The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of project execution, including planning, scheduling, and managing resources to ensure timely completion. Responsibilities include expediting project processes, inspection of materials and project phases, effective logistics management, and managing communication between various stakeholders. The role requires ensuring compliance with project timelines, maintaining quality standards, and addressing any challenges that arise during project implementation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Project Management and the ability to oversee project lifecycles effectively
- Skills in Expediting and experience as an Expeditor for project coordination and timely completion
- Familiarity with Inspection processes to ensure project quality
- Logistics Management expertise for handling resources and supply chain requirements
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and team leadership abilities
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with construction safety regulations and quality standards is a plus
