🚀 We’re Hiring: Project Manager | Chennai (On-site)
Are you a results-driven Project Manager with a passion for building digital products from the ground up? We’re looking for someone who can own delivery end-to-end, work closely with clients, and lead high-performing teams to success.
📍 Location: Chennai
💼 Experience: 4–7 Years
🔍 What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end delivery of digital product development projects
- Lead cross-functional teams (5–10 members) and ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Drive Agile delivery – sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog management, and reviews
- Manage project scope, timelines, budget, and risks effectively
- Track performance using metrics, dashboards, and KPIs
- Collaborate with tech teams to align solutioning with delivery goals
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 4–7 years of Project Management experience in software / digital product development
- Strong experience in Agile / Scrum / Kanban methodologies
- Hands-on with tools like JIRA / Azure DevOps
- Solid understanding of technical architecture
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations
- Experience managing end-to-end delivery with cross-functional teams
