BharatNet Phase-3 is underway in Kerala. We're building the team that will deliver it.
Annu Projects Limited is an EPC company executing optical fibre rollout under the Prestigious “Amended BharatNet Programme (BharatNet Phase-3)” for BSNL in Kerala. This is our first post here, and we're starting with the people we need most.
🔹 Project Manager – OFC Rollout
📍 Base location: Thiruvananthapuram, with regular travel across allotted districts
🔹 Experience: 12–18 years in telecom infrastructure execution
What you'll own
• End-to-end execution of OFC laying (HDD, open trenching, aerial), splicing, testing and commissioning across assigned SSAs
• Liaison with BSNL circle and SSA offices, district administration and utility owners for RoW approvals and clearances
• Subcontractor mobilisation, manpower planning and material reconciliation
• Milestone tracking, measurement book certification and RA bill closure
• Compliance with BharatNet technical specifications, quality protocols and site safety standards
What we're looking for
• B.E./B.Tech in ECE, E&TC or Civil
• Proven delivery on BharatNet Phase-1/Phase-2, NFS, state fibre grids or comparable large OFC projects
• Working knowledge of RoW rules, GIS-based route planning and government billing cycles
• Ability to run multi-district operations with distributed teams
• Malayalam fluency strongly preferred
