About the role
Project manager will be responsible to setting up end to end QSR outlets within defined turn around time. and also managing multiple outlets.
Key responsibility
- End to end execution of each store.
- Cost control, timeline tracking, vendor coordination.
- Ensure effective coordination with cross - functional team - design, operations, kitchen and signage.
- Identify new sites, conduct market study and coordinating negotiations with landlords and Property owners.
- Managing multiple stores simultaneously.
- Ensure design complies with Brand standards and local codes.
Key qualities
- Takes full ownership of project delivery.
- Understand drawings (2D/3D) of all disciplines (civil, electrical, Plumbing and Carpentry),
- Good understanding of Interior fitouts, electrical, plumbing and fire system.
- Clear verbal and written communication.
- Attention to details – strong eye for finishes, alignments and compliance.
Preferred background (Typical)
- B.E / Diploma in Civil engineering.
- 1 – 3 years of experience in QSR, retail, residential or commercial fitouts.
