Role Description
- Oversee and manage interior design projects from conception to completion.
- Take site measurements along with the designer and verify all drawings.
- Carefully observe and verify diagrams including switch points, AC points, pillars, beams, and window areas.
- Ensure working drawings match site measurements for accurate execution.
- Coordinate with carpenters and vendors (ceiling, electrical, painting, etc.) for timely completion of work. Coordinate with clients, designers, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Develop project timelines, snag work lists, and resource plans, and monitor progress accordingly.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality standards and compliance with design specifications.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders by providing regular updates and addressing concerns or issues.
- Maintain accurate project documentation including handover details, snag work status, and progress reports.
- Resolve conflicts and solve problems that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail to ensure flawless site execution under supervision.
Requirement
- Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, execution, and monitoring project timelines and budgets
- Experience in Expediting and Logistics Management to ensure seamless project operations and supply chain coordination
- Competence in conducting on-site Inspections to ensure quality and compliance with design specifications
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage teams and foster collaboration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and team members
- Relevant certifications or a degree in Project Management, Interior Design, or a related field is a plus
- Experience working in the interior design industry is preferred
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
