Job Title: Creative Project Manager

We are a fast-growing video editing company specializing in short-form content, social media ads, UGC, VSLs, SaaS, and promotional videos. Our focus is on delivering high-quality, performance-driven content that helps brands and creators stand out and achieve real results.
We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Creative Project Manager who can take ownership of the post-production workflow — ensuring every project moves smoothly from client brief to final delivery without confusion, delays, or quality issues.
Responsibilities:
- Understand client briefs and convert them into clear, actionable instructions for editors
- Assign tasks, manage deadlines, and track progress using ClickUp
- Communicate effectively with clients — capture briefs, provide updates, and clarify deliverables
- Perform quality checks before final delivery, ensure edits align with client vision
- Confirm all feedback and revisions are properly implemented
- Manage multiple editors and projects without missing deadlines
- Identify and solve production bottlenecks or communication gaps proactively
- Ability to create SOPs or improve workflows
- Maintain a smooth client feedback loop — handle revisions and clarify unclear feedback
- Ensure professionalism, accountability, and ownership in all projects
Requirements:
- 2+ years in project management (creative/video agency preferred)
- Strong understanding of video content and editing standards
- Experience with ClickUp, Slack, Frame.io (or similar tools)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset
- Reliable, proactive, and organized
