💼 Experience: 3–7 Years

🎓 Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Aeronautical / Aerospace / Mechanical Engineering

(PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification is an added advantage)

🌐 Role Overview

As a Project Management Manager at Absolute Composites, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex aerospace engineering and manufacturing programs. This role demands strong technical understanding, leadership capability, and end‑to‑end ownership of projects—ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, cost, and quality requirements.

You will act as the central coordination point between engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, customers, and leadership to ensure successful execution of UAV and aerospace composite programs.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, and resource plans.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and budgets.
• Ensure on‑time and on‑cost delivery of aerospace engineering and manufacturing programs.

• Cross‑Functional Coordination

• Lead cross‑functional teams including design, analysis, manufacturing, quality, testing, and procurement.
• Act as the primary interface between internal teams and customers.
• Facilitate effective communication, decision‑making, and issue resolution.

• Risk, Cost & Schedule Management

• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Monitor cost, schedule, and technical performance using KPIs and dashboards.
• Manage change requests, scope variations, and engineering change control.

• Compliance & Quality Assurance

• Ensure project execution aligns with AS9100, customer requirements, and internal quality systems.
• Support audits, reviews, and customer program assessments.
• Drive adherence to documentation, configuration management, and process discipline.

• Program Reviews & Reporting

• Conduct regular project reviews with senior management and customers.
• Prepare and present project status reports, risk assessments, and recovery plans.
• Escalate critical issues proactively with actionable recommendations.

• Team Leadership & Mentorship

• Lead, mentor, and develop project engineers and coordinators.
• Promote best practices in project management, execution discipline, and continuous improvement.

🔧 Preferred Skills

• Strong understanding of aerospace engineering and manufacturing lifecycle
• Proven experience managing complex, multi‑disciplinary aerospace projects
• Knowledge of composite structures, UAV programs, and prototype development (preferred)
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, Jira, or equivalent)
• Strong risk management, budgeting, and schedule control skills
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication abilities
• High level of ownership, decision‑making capability, and leadership mindset
