Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager, based in Hyderabad. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of project execution, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management. Responsibilities also include expediting material deliveries, conducting site inspections to ensure quality standards are met, and managing logistics to ensure seamless project completion. The candidate is expected to lead project teams effectively, address any operational challenges, and liaise with stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of projects.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Project Management, including planning, execution, and risk management
- Experience with Expediting and Expeditor tasks related to material deliveries and project timelines
- Proficiency in Inspection tasks to ensure project quality and compliance with standards
- Capability in Logistics Management, ensuring smooth coordination of materials and resources
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction or interior design industry
- Proficiency in project management software and tools is an advantage
