Job Description:
We’re looking for a dynamic Project Manager to join our growing team at 4Monks. You’ll play a key role in bridging clients and internal teams - ensuring that projects run smoothly, relationships grow stronger, and deliverables meet the highest standards of creativity, strategy, and quality.

Responsibilities:
Client Relationship & Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients—building trust, understanding goals, and aligning expectations.
- Translate client briefs into actionable plans that resonate with both creative and technical teams.
- Conduct regular check-ins, reviews, and feedback sessions to ensure client satisfaction and project transparency.
- Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and upsell additional capabilities or solutions.
Project Planning & Execution
- Define project scopes, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Create and maintain project documentation including SOWs, trackers, schedules, and progress reports.
- Monitor deliverables, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with brand and business objectives.
- Identify risks early and take proactive steps to resolve issues before they impact deadlines or outcomes.
Team Collaboration & Leadership
- Facilitate seamless communication between UX/UI, development, content, and strategy teams.
- Ensure every team member understands the project vision, priorities, and client expectations.
- Drive internal reviews, track dependencies, and maintain momentum across multiple active projects.
- Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Process & Quality Management
- Uphold and evolve internal workflows for project planning, reviews, and delivery.
- Support QA and testing processes to ensure flawless final output.
- Maintain alignment with leadership on project health, resource needs, and client growth potential.
Must Have:
Experience: 2+ years of project or account management experience in a digital agency or similar environment.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for simplifying complexity.
Organization: Strong planning and multitasking ability, capable of managing multiple projects in parallel.
Client Empathy: A genuine desire to understand client goals, challenges, and success metrics.
Leadership: Ability to motivate, guide, and align diverse teams toward shared objectives.
Adaptability: Comfort working in agile environments with evolving scopes and creative workflows.
Ownership: A proactive, problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail and quality.
Good to Have:
Experience managing UX/UI or web development projects.
Understanding of tools like Notion, Asana, Jira, or Trello.
Familiarity with digital production workflows (design → dev → QA → launch).
A sense of humor and calm under pressure - it always helps.
