Job Title: Project Manager

Location: PAN India (Travel Required)
Compensation: ₹8–10 LPA Fixed + Performance Incentives
Role Summary:
We are looking for an execution-focused Construction Project Manager with 10–15 years of civil/site project experience to manage end-to-end project execution across multiple sites. The role involves overseeing site teams, coordinating procurement, monitoring quality standards, and ensuring timely project delivery within approved budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and monitor project execution schedules, BOQs, and milestones.
Coordinate with site engineers, procurement teams, and vendors for smooth project execution.
Track material requirements, approvals, and delivery timelines.
Ensure quality standards, drawings compliance, and site documentation.
Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress.
Submit daily/weekly progress reports to management.
Lead and guide site engineers and project teams.
Ensure projects are completed within timeline and budget.
Candidate Requirements:
10–15 years experience in civil construction / site project management.
Experience handling multiple project sites.
Knowledge of BOQ management, procurement coordination, and project tracking.
Strong team management and communication skills.
Willingness to travel across India.
Construction or Civil field mandatory
