Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project / Program Manager with a strong Asset Management background from an Investment Banking environment. The ideal candidate will bring 8–15 years of experience combining project management and business analysis to drive improvements across Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office operations. This role requires end‑to‑end ownership of project delivery, strong stakeholder management, and deep domain expertise in Data Management and Data Products within Asset Management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end‑to‑end project/program delivery across FO, MO, and BO functions
- Create and manage project roadmaps, plans, timelines, and delivery milestones
- Develop and manage SOWs, Task Orders, Purchase Orders, and financial projections
- Track project financials including effort burn‑downs, cost tracking, and forecasts
- Lead requirements gathering and documentation including BRDs and FRDs
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies; raise red flags early
- Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams for task execution and status updates
- Maintain project dashboards, trackers, issue logs, and risk registers
- Prepare senior‑management‑ready presentations and reports
- Support day‑to‑day project tracking, status reporting, and governance
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum practices
- Ensure timely delivery while managing multiple parallel workstreams
Requirements:
- 8–15 years of experience as a Project / Program Manager with Business Analyst exposure
- Strong Asset Management domain knowledge from an Investment Banking background (mandatory)
- Expertise in Data Management / Data Products within Asset Management
- Proven experience creating BRDs, FRDs, and project documentation
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle, analysis, and documentation standards
- Advanced experience with Agile / Scrum delivery models
- Strong stakeholder, client, and cross‑functional team management skills
- Experience managing financial tracking, projections, and effort burn‑downs
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables across teams under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
Good To Have Skills:
- Experience managing large transformation or data‑driven programs
- Exposure to enterprise data platforms, reporting, or analytics initiatives
- Prior experience working with global stakeholders and offshore delivery models
- Strong executive presentation and storytelling skills
- Familiarity with project governance frameworks
- Agile certifications or project management certifications (PMP / Agile / Scrum)
- Ability to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies
