We're looking for
Project Managers - Agile!
Responsibilities
- Lead the complete lifecycle of enterprise application development, from solution design and development to deployment and delivery
- Drive Agile project management activities, including sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Serve as the central point of coordination between stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams throughout project execution
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining defined scope, quality standards, and business objectives
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities and promote seamless communication across teams and departments
- Proactively identify and resolve technical, operational, and project-related challenges to minimize delivery risks
- Contribute to architecture planning, technical strategy discussions, and key technology decisions
- Track project progress, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure efficient resource utilization throughout the project lifecycle
- Mentor junior team members by providing technical guidance, encouraging collaboration, and promoting Agile best practices
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing development efficiency, delivery processes, and overall team productivity
