Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India. The selected candidate will take on a multifaceted role that encompasses project management, 2D and 3D design, client services, and business development. Responsibilities include overseeing project timelines, creating 2D and 3D designs, managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, developing business opportunities, and contributing to the company's growth strategy. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and delivering projects that meet clients' expectations will be a key part of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Client Services to ensure a seamless client experience
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to oversee projects and solve complex problems efficiently
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to liaise with various stakeholders and provide exceptional support
- Proficiency in 2D and 3D design software
- Experience in project management with a proven track record of delivering projects on time
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and comfortably lead and manage tasks
- Familiarity with the latest tools and technology in design and fabrication
- Educational background in design, project management, business, or a related field will be an advantage
