Job details:
Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale BESS projects — timelines, risk registers, and escalation protocols across multi-development teams.
Lead coordination across component selection, wiring harness design, and systems integration teams.
Serve as primary on-site client representative — manage expectations, track milestones, and resolve cross-functional issues in real time.
Drive alignment between electrical, mechanical, and other teams to ensure clean handoffs and zero-rework integration.
Translate technical decisions into clear client-facing documentation, progress reports, and review presentations.
Prior hands-on experience in BESS, EV, or industrial electrical systems is mandatory - must be able to read a single-line diagram and discuss with sourcing team in the same meeting.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors
- Track project progress and adjust plans as needed
- Manage risks, issues, and changes effectively
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Communicate project status to stakeholders regularly
- Lead meetings, reviews, and reporting processes
- Ensure quality standards and best practices are followed
- Foster collaboration across teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana)
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification
- Experience in [industry—IT, construction, healthcare, etc.]
- Familiarity with risk management and budgeting tools
