Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager position based in New Delhi. The selected candidate will oversee civil, electrical, and MEP projects, managing end-to-end execution from project conception to completion. Responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and monitoring project progress. The role also involves troubleshooting on-site challenges and driving successful and timely delivery of projects.
Qualifications
- Experience in Civil Engineering and Infrastructure management
- Strong skills in Project Management and Construction Management
- Proficiency in Budgeting and cost control
- Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is required
- Proven work experience in handling MEP projects is highly preferred
- Familiarity with Indian GRIHA standards and modern installation methods is a plus
