Trustiv is hiring for a fast-growing UGC Video Ads Production Agency working with D2C & e-commerce brands across India.
We are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Project Manager who can manage backend production operations, coordinate across teams, and ensure smooth execution of shoots and deliverables.

📌 Key Responsibilities
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
• Manage shoot schedules and production calendars
• Coordinate with videographers, editors, creators, actors, and production teams
• Ensure production timelines and monthly shoot targets are achieved
• Handle day-to-day coordination across ongoing projects
• Coordinate between strategy, production, and client teams
• Ensure smooth communication of deliverables and timelines
• Maintain production trackers, schedules, and reporting systems
• Assist with operational management, vendor coordination, and budget tracking

📌 Requirements
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
• 1–4 years of experience in project management, production coordination, operations, or agency management
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• Comfortable handling fast-paced production environments
• Strong ownership mindset and execution skills
• Must be disciplined, proactive, and dependable
