Roles and Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of coordinated plans and programs to meet divisional goals and priorities.
- Continuously improve project management systems and methodologies.
- Provide expertise and consulting to project managers on project processes, team dynamics, team building, and group motivation.
- Design solutions for internal and external clients.
- Work cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes.
- Analyze decisions and actions to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Identify, develop, and implement innovative solutions where precedents may not exist.
- Collaborate with senior management to resolve complex issues.
- Ensure open communication across project teams.
- Partner with sponsors to identify opportunities and make timely strategic decisions.
- Participate in strategy development and provide leadership, vision, and direction for project teams and stakeholders.
- Use knowledge of strategy to develop specific objectives and goals.
- Meet defined collection or performance targets of the division.
- Coordinate with Sales or client-facing teams to provide pre-sales support when needed.
Education, Training, Skills, and Experience Requirements- Experience: 6+ years of increasing responsibility, including at least 5 years managing complex technical projects.
- Ability to work effectively toward goals in a complex, dynamic environment with multiple and changing demands.
- Proven leadership skills with a strong track record of managing staff.
- Passion for client satisfaction and commitment to high-quality results.
- Deep knowledge of professional principles, practices, and methodologies; familiarity with multiple disciplines is a plus.
- Proven success in project management, including achieving results and applying professional methodology.
- Proactive in developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
- Strong awareness of industry trends and best practices.
- Excellent collaboration skills; able to resolve conflicts, define alternate solutions, and build productive partnerships.
- Active participation in cross-functional groups to solve organizational challenges.
- Ability to leverage networks to gather information, build support, and secure buy-in for initiatives.
- Project a credible executive presence in strategic communication and change planning.
- Promote diversity and professional development within teams.
