About the Role
Claro Energy is looking for Project Managers to support execution and coordination of residential solar rooftop systems at scale (50,000+ rooftops across AP), across Andhra Pradesh & Telangana. This is a field-heavy role that requires strong coordination, execution discipline, and the ability to manage multiple teams and deliverables simultaneously.

Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 2–4 Years
Solar / RE Experience: Mandatory
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Tech (Electrical preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with multiple field execution teams, contractors, and vendors across assigned project locations
- Track daily installation progress and ensure timely execution of project activities
- Prepare and maintain project reports, execution updates, and completion status for senior management
- Manage task prioritisation and ensure smooth coordination between on-site teams and internal stakeholders
- Monitor execution quality, site discipline, and adherence to project timelines
- Support issue resolution and ensure quick escalation of operational challenges when required
- Handle multiple projects across your assigned region while maintaining execution efficiency
- Ensure accurate communication and reporting in Telugu, Hindi, and English
Language Requirements
- Fluent in Telugu
- Proficient in Hindi & English
