Job details:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Project Manager to handle CCTV, Access Control, AMC coordination, and Networking projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage AMC operations (CCTV, Access Control, Surveillance Systems)
- Track and close service tickets within SLA timelines
- Coordinate with engineers for site visits and issue resolution
- Handle project execution, material planning, and site progress
- Act as SPOC for clients and manage escalations
- Ensure proper reporting and documentation
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control & basic networking
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple sites and teams
Compensation:
Salary: 20,000 – 30,000/month
Incentives: Performance-based
