Project Manager – Microsoft Technology Stack
Experience: 8–10 Years

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage software development projects built on the Microsoft technology stack. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience coordinating technical teams, managing project delivery, ensuring quality, and working with Azure-based deployments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of software projects using the Microsoft technology stack.
- Plan project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Assign tasks to development and technical team members and track progress.
- Coordinate with developers, QA, DevOps, business stakeholders, and clients.
- Monitor project scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
- Oversee and perform quality control to ensure deliverables meet defined standards.
- Coordinate Azure deployments and work closely with the DevOps team on release activities.
- Conduct regular project status reviews and provide progress reports to management.
- Identify project risks, blockers, and delays and drive timely resolution.
- Ensure proper documentation, coding standards, testing, deployment, and release processes are followed.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8–10 years of total IT experience, with at least 2 years of relevant experience as a Project Manager.
- Strong experience managing software development teams and projects.
- Good understanding of the Microsoft technology ecosystem such as .NET, C#, SQL Server, Azure, and related technologies.
- Practical understanding of Azure deployment, environments, CI/CD, and release management.
- Strong task planning, team coordination, and delivery management skills.
- Experience in quality control, code/release reviews, testing coordination, and delivery governance.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Good to Have
- Experience managing multiple projects or development teams.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar project management tools.
- Technical background in .NET / C# development.
