We looking for a Project Manager with strong Manufacturing, Digital Transformation and technical project delivery experience to manage digital transformation initiatives for manufacturing clients.
We are looking for someone who understands manufacturing operations, digital technologies and the practical technical aspects of delivering projects.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
• Strong experience in the Manufacturing industry with a good understanding of manufacturing operations and shop-floor processes
• Proven experience in Manufacturing Digital Transformation / Industry 4.0 / Smart Manufacturing projects
• Experience working with MES, MOM, ERP, IIoT, OEE, shop-floor applications or customized software solutions for manufacturing clients
• Experience in transforming manual manufacturing processes into digital, automated and data-driven workflows
• Experience managing projects end-to-end, from requirement gathering and solution planning through development, implementation, deployment and post-production support
• Good understanding of software development, APIs, databases, system integrations and basic solution architecture
• Ability to understand technical feasibility, project dependencies, development effort, resource requirements, timelines and risks
• Strong ability to work closely with Technical Leads, Developers, QA, Business Teams and Manufacturing/Operations Teams
• Experience identifying technical and operational challenges and driving practical and efficient solutions
• Ability to balance business requirements, technical feasibility, project scope, cost, resources and timelines
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize resources, dependencies and deliverables across projects
• Strong experience in project planning, estimation, resource allocation, risk management, delivery tracking and stakeholder management
• Experience handling multiple manufacturing clients/projects and managing client expectations throughout the project lifecycle
• Ability to build and drive project teams towards efficient, scalable and successful delivery
• Strong client-facing, communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills

We are particularly interested in professionals who have experience delivering MES/ERP/IIoT, shop-floor digitization or customized digital solutions for manufacturing organizations and can take ownership of projects from the initial business requirement through successful implementation.
