Project Manager – IT Infrastructure / Migration / IAM

Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with 10+ years of experience managing complex, large-scale IT infrastructure projects within multinational or global matrix organizations.
The candidate should have strong experience managing enterprise-wide O365/Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace migrations, along with knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID and Identity & Access Management.
Mandatory Experience
- 10+ years of Project Management experience.
- Experience managing large-scale IT infrastructure projects.
- Successfully delivered at least 2 large infrastructure projects.
- Strong experience in O365/Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace migration/consolidation.
- Experience with Azure AD / Entra ID / Active Directory.
- Understanding of IAM, directory synchronization and identity consolidation.
- Knowledge of SSO and authentication protocols such as SAML and OAuth.
- Experience working in multinational/global matrix organizations.
- Strong Change Management experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and deliver complex IT infrastructure projects.
- Manage enterprise-wide email and collaboration platform migrations.
- Coordinate O365/Google Workspace consolidation programs.
- Manage identity and access management activities.
- Coordinate technical teams, business stakeholders and global teams.
- Manage project scope, schedule, risks, dependencies and escalations.
- Drive change adoption across business units and locations.
- Resolve conflicts and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Provide project updates to senior leadership and C-level stakeholders.
