Hiring Now | Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out & Site Execution (Commercial Project)
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager for Commercial Interior / Civil / MEP projects.
✅ AutoCAD Design, Drawing & Drafting
✅ MS Excel & MS Office
✅ BOQ, BOM & Cost Estimation
✅ Site Execution & Project Coordination
✅ Project Scheduling & Documentation
✅ Quality Assurance & Site Measurements
✅ Interior / Civil / MEP Knowledge (Commercial Project)
Responsibilities:
• Manage commercial interior, civil & MEP projects end-to-end
• Coordinate with contractors, procurement teams, labour & subcontractors
• Prepare BOQs, estimates, measurements & project documents
• Conduct site visits and manage execution work
• Handle project schedules, budgets, resources & deadlines
• Authorise technical drawings and plans
Location: Sahibabad, Ghaziabad
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Experience: 2 – 4 Years
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Interiors, or similar
• Own conveyance is compulsory
• Flexible for site travel
• Good communication & project management skills
• Experience in commercial interiors, retail outlets, hotels, or turnkey projects preferred
