Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out located in Bengaluru South. The role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of interior fit-out projects. Responsibilities include effective project management, coordinating with vendors and suppliers, conducting inspections, ensuring timely delivery of materials, tracking project milestones, and solving project-related challenges. The Project Manager will act as a liaison among stakeholders, ensuring quality standards and client specifications are met on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Project Management, with a strong ability to handle multiple interior fit-out projects simultaneously.
- Expertise as an Expeditor, with a focus on expediting tasks and processes to meet deadlines effectively.
- Familiarity with Inspection and Quality Control processes, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Strong skills in Logistics Management, including coordination with vendors and effective material scheduling and handling.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Educational qualifications in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field are preferred.
- Previous experience in managing interior fit-out projects will be considered an added advantage.
