Role Summary
The Project Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity and OT (Operational Technology) security projects for government clients and strategic partners. The role requires strong PMO governance, technical understanding of cybersecurity and OT environments, and the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
Experience managing or supporting SOC (Security Operations Center) initiatives and OT cybersecurity implementations will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Project Delivery
- Manage full lifecycle of cybersecurity and OT security solution deployments for government and enterprise clients.
- Drive large-scale, multi-vendor programs involving product implementation, system integration, and managed security services.
- Ensure project execution adheres to PMO methodologies, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with R&D, product, and engineering teams to ensure solutions align with technical and regulatory requirements.
PMO Governance & Reporting
- Establish and maintain project documentation, charters, risk registers, and performance dashboards.
- Implement PMO governance frameworks, templates, and reporting mechanisms for consistent project oversight.
- Report project status, risks, and key metrics to senior leadership and client stakeholders.
Stakeholder & Partner Management
- Engage with government agencies, cybersecurity authorities, and partner organizations to ensure alignment of project goals.
- Facilitate collaboration between internal product teams, system integrators, and third-party vendors.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, communication plans, and contractual deliverables.
Cybersecurity & OT Expertise
- Oversee projects involving deployment of cybersecurity products such as SIEM, SOC platforms, endpoint security, and threat intelligence systems.
- Manage OT cybersecurity projects, including ICS/SCADA security assessments, network segmentation, and threat monitoring for critical infrastructure.
- Ensure solutions comply with national cybersecurity regulations, frameworks, and industry standards.
Risk, Quality & Compliance
- Identify and mitigate project risks across technical, operational, and compliance areas.
- Ensure adherence to frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, IEC 62443, NCA ECC, and other local cybersecurity standards.
- Support audits, documentation, and compliance verification for government projects.
Financial & Resource Management
- Oversee project budgets, cost control, and resource allocation.
- Manage vendor performance and delivery efficiency across concurrent projects.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 15+ years of experience, including 8+ years in project/program management within cybersecurity or OT domains.
- Proven track record managing cybersecurity and OT security projects for government or critical infrastructure sectors.
- Experience working in or with a product-based cybersecurity organization.
- Strong knowledge of PMO frameworks, project lifecycle management, and delivery methodologies (Agile / Hybrid / Waterfall).
- Familiarity with SOC operations, incident response, and threat management.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, PgMP, CISSP, or GICSP preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
