Klēvay is looking for a hands-on Project Manager who can work across growth, operations, sales channels, and vendor management.
This is a cross-functional role for someone who enjoys ownership and variety. You could be managing marketplace operations, coordinating with vendors, exploring a new retail opportunity, and keeping a product launch on track all in the same week.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day operations across e-commerce marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms.
* Track sales, inventory, returns, promotions, listings, and channel performance.
* Identify and execute new sales opportunities across marketplaces, quick commerce, retail, corporate gifting, partnerships, pop-ups, and other relevant channels.
* Build and manage relationships with manufacturers, packaging vendors, logistics partners, and other suppliers.
* Coordinate production, packaging, inventory planning, and replenishment.
* Manage timelines and coordination for new product launches and key business projects.
* Maintain clear trackers and provide weekly updates on sales, inventory, projects, and opportunities.
* Work closely with the founder to execute priority growth and operational initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in project management, e-commerce, business operations, category management, sales, or a similar role.
* Strong ownership and follow-through.
* Excellent organisation and stakeholder-management skills.
* Comfortable with numbers, sales reports, inventory, and Excel/Google Sheets.
* Confident working with vendors, platform teams, partners, and internal teams.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Experience in D2C, FMCG, consumer brands, e-commerce, or quick commerce is a plus.
