JOB SUMMARY
Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of the Bharatpur Nagar Nigam Solid Waste User Charge Collection & GIS Survey Project — managing field operations, GIS data collection, software implementation, and stakeholder coordination while ensuring timely delivery, quality, and contractual compliance. This is a site-based role: the selected candidate must relocate to Bharatpur for the full 5-year engagement term. Furnished accommodation is provided in addition to monthly remuneration.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project & Team Management
• Lead execution from mobilization to handover; own timelines, resources & deployment plans.
• Supervise 15–20 staff (Field Supervisors, GIS Executives, Survey Engineers, Data & Software staff, Collection Agents).
• Run daily/weekly/monthly reviews; onboarding, training & performance evaluation.
Field Operations
• Plan ward-wise manpower deployment; monitor GIS survey & geo-tagging quality.
• Verify field reports, resolve bottlenecks, ensure safety compliance.
Client Coordination
• Single point of contact for Nagar Nigam officials; manage approvals & escalations.
Quality, MIS & Reporting
• Implement QC/QA; audit and validate GIS data & survey accuracy before submission.
• Prepare DPR/WPR/MPR; track KPIs, SLA compliance & dashboards.
Software & Resource Management
• Coordinate GIS mobile apps & platforms; ensure real-time sync and data integrity.
• Plan manpower, logistics, devices & equipment; monitor attendance and utilization.
Risk & Compliance
• Identify risks & mitigation plans; ensure adherence to contract, SOPs & regulations.
SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Required Skills
• Project management & team leadership
• Client handling & communication
• GIS & field survey knowledge
• MS Excel/Word/PPT & PM tools
• ArcGIS Pro, QGIS, Global Mapper
Qualification
• B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Geoinformatics, Survey Engineering, GIS or related field
• PM certification is an added advantage
Experience
• 2-4 yrs in GIS, survey, infrastructure, municipal/smart city projects
• 2–3 yrs managing teams of 15–20
