Job OverviewDivyakush Constructions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage civil construction projects from planning to execution. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.
Key Responsibilities1. Project Planning- Define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation
- Prepare BOQs, project budgets, and detailed schedules
- Develop execution strategies aligned with project goals
2. Execution & Supervision- Oversee day-to-day site activities and contractor performance
- Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and standards
- Monitor progress and resolve on-site challenges
3. Cost Control- Track project expenses against approved budgets
- Manage billing, invoicing, and variation orders
- Optimize resource utilization to maintain cost efficiency
4. Quality & Safety- Ensure adherence to construction quality standards
- Implement and monitor safety practices at the project site
- Conduct regular inspections and audits
5. Coordination & Stakeholder Management- Liaise with architects, consultants, vendors, and clients
- Conduct regular project review meetings and updates
- Ensure effective communication across all project stakeholders
6. Documentation & Reporting- Maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) and project documentation
- Prepare progress reports, contracts, and compliance records
- Ensure proper record-keeping for audits and project tracking
Key Skills & Competencies- Strong knowledge of civil construction processes and project management
- Expertise in BOQ preparation, budgeting, and cost control
- Leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
Educational Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
- Project Management certification (preferred but not mandatory)
Preferred Candidate Profile- 8–10 years of experience in managing civil construction projects
- Proven track record of handling residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of site execution, planning, and coordination
- Result-oriented with a proactive approach
