Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage building design projects from concept through delivery. The role involves overseeing project planning, team coordination, client management, cost and schedule control, and ensuring high-quality project execution in line with international standards. The Project Manager will act as the primary client interface and ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end design projects, including scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk.
- Develop project management plans, including WBS, schedules, budgets, and risk plans.
- Lead project kick-off meetings and ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Oversee design delivery across all stages: concept, schematic, detailed, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (Architectural, Structural, MEP).
- Act as the primary client interface, ensuring effective communication and satisfaction.
- Manage sub-consultants and external stakeholders to meet project deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, design reviews, and validation processes.
- Support tendering activities including BOQs, specifications, and bid evaluations.
- Handle project risks, scope changes, and contractual matters in coordination with internal teams.
- Monitor project progress and prepare periodic reports for senior management.
- Provide support during construction stage (RFIs, design clarifications, conflict resolution).
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Architecture
- Master’s Degree (MBA/Engineering) – Preferred
- PMP Certification (Mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of building design and architectural coordination
- Expertise in project planning, budgeting, and risk management
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including clients, consultants, and internal teams
