Job Title: Project Manager – Aerospace & Defence
Location: Pune
Experience: 8 - 10+ Years
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead Aerospace & Defence (ADG) projects end-to-end. The role involves project execution, client management, team leadership, and driving business growth while ensuring quality, timelines, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple projects from initiation to closure
- Ensure on-time delivery within scope, budget, and quality
- Manage client relationships and handle escalations
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams
- Drive project planning, risk management, and execution
- Ensure compliance with industry and defence standards
- Monitor KPIs, profitability, and resource utilization
- Support business growth and pre-sales activities
Technical Skills (Preferred)
- ATE & Automation: LabVIEW, TestStand, Python, C/C++
- RF Testing: Spectrum Analyzer, VNA, Signal Generator
- Measurements: Gain, VSWR, return Loss, Noise Figure
- PCB Testing: ICT, FCT, debugging (power/signal integrity)
- Instruments: Oscilloscope, DMM, Logic Analyzer
- Protocols: MIL-STD-1553, ARINC 429, SPI, I2C, UART, Ethernet
- Standards: MIL-STD, DO-160
Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech (MBA preferred)
- 08–10+ years in Project/Delivery Management
- Minimum 5 years in leadership role
- Experience in Aerospace/Defence/Automation/Testing domain
- Strong leadership, client handling, and problem-solving skills
KPIs
- 95%+ on-time delivery
- Target margins achieved
- Client satisfaction ≥ 8/10
- Resource utilization ≥ 85%
