Position: Project Management Specialist (PMO & Delivery)
Type: Hourly contract
Compensation: $7-$11/hr
Location: Remote
Commitment: 2 Weeks
Role Responsibilities
- Interpret project documentation, delivery workflows, and operational artifacts to create realistic project management prompts
- Analyze project plans, timelines, and execution strategies for accuracy and completeness
- Develop structured scenarios based on real-world project delivery and PMO practices
- Review and validate outputs for alignment with project goals, timelines, and governance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency across project-related tasks
- Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps in project execution and planning
- Support continuous improvement of project datasets and prompt quality
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM preferred
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Experience in IT services, consulting, engineering services, or PMO environments
- Ability to interpret project plans, schedules, and delivery artifacts
- Strong analytical thinking and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with scheduling and project planning tools
- Familiarity with RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
- Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of governance frameworks and reporting structures
- Experience in project tracking, reporting, and performance monitoring
