Project Manager - Data Center Cabling Design & Implementation
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the Data Center Cabling Design & Implementation project in Hyderabad. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project planning, resource allocation, project review, project execution, and project monitoring.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project execution.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Conduct regular project reviews to ensure adherence to project plans and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective resource allocation and utilization.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and customers.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and industry standards.
Requirements
- 7-12 years of experience in project management, preferably in data center cabling design and implementation.
- Strong background in project planning, resource allocation, project review, project execution, and project monitoring.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile and Scrum.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, computer science, or business administration.
