About the Role
Staffline Solutions is looking for an experienced and engaging Project Management Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions to aspiring professionals. This is a part-time, remote role ideal for someone passionate about teaching, mentoring, and sharing practical project management knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver structured training sessions on project management fundamentals and best practices
- Design and update training materials, including presentations, assignments, and case studies
- Conduct interactive workshops, live sessions, and Q&A discussions
- Guide learners on real-world applications of project management concepts
- Evaluate participant progress through assessments and feedback
- Provide mentorship and career guidance where required
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Project Management (industry or consulting)
- Strong understanding of methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Prior experience in training, teaching, or mentoring is highly preferred
- Ability to engage and manage remote learners effectively
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master
- Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project
- Background in delivering corporate or online training program
