Role Overview
TriosCo is seeking a dynamic, highly organized Marketing Project Manager to bridge the gap between creative strategy and flawless execution. In this role, you won't just manage timelines—you will leverage your marketing background to understand why a campaign matters, advocate for the target audience, and ensure our brand voice remains consistent across all channels.
You will be the central hub connecting cross-functional teams, including copywriters, designers, digital marketers, product managers, and external agencies. The ideal candidate thrives on turning chaotic, ambiguous creative ideas into structured, high-performing marketing campaigns delivered on time and within budget.
Core Responsibilities
1. Campaign & Project Management
- End-to-End Execution: Lead the planning, scoping, tracking, and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, social, event, and product launches).
- Workflow Optimization: Build and maintain agile project boards (e.g., in Asana, Jira, or Monday.com) to map out dependencies, milestones, and daily tasks.
- Resource Allocation: Actively manage the creative pipeline, assigning tasks based on team capacity and skill sets to prevent bottlenecks.
2. Marketing Strategy Collaboration
- Creative Brief Translation: Transform high-level marketing goals into clear, actionable creative briefs that inspire design and content teams.
- Brand Quality Control: Review deliverables through a marketing lens, ensuring everything produced aligns with TriosCo's brand guidelines, messaging, and campaign objectives.
- Performance Tracking: Partner with the analytics team to ensure project KPIs are tracked, compiling post-campaign retro reviews to identify wins and areas for optimization.
3. Stakeholder Communication
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between marketing and internal partners (Product, Sales, Legal, and Compliance).
- Status Reporting: Keep leadership informed on project health, budget tracking, and potential risks with clear, proactive communication.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience
- Professional Background: 4–6 years of project management experience, specifically within a corporate marketing department or a creative agency.
- Domain Expertise: Strong foundational knowledge of modern marketing strategies, including Content Marketing, SEO, Paid Media, Email Campaigns, and Lifecycle Marketing.
- Tooling: High proficiency with project management software (Asana/Jira/Monday.com) and familiarity with creative tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud) and marketing stacks (HubSpot, Google Analytics).
Skills & Certifications
- Methodologies: Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban project management methodologies applied to creative workflows.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional emotional intelligence, conflict resolution skills, and the ability to keeping creative teams motivated under tight deadlines.
- Certifications (Preferred but not required): PMP (Project Management Professional), CAPM, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
