Project Manager –Live Events & Experiences
Location: Bengaluru

About the Rol
eWe are looking for a highly organized, solutions-oriented and execution-focused Project Manager to join the Phase 1 Originals team. This role will lead project management across live entertainment IPs, festivals, musicals and large-scale experiential properties, ensuring seamless coordination, accountability and execution across every stage of the project lifecycle
.The ideal candidate is someone who deeply understands project management methodologies, tools and systems, and can bring structure, accountability and operational clarity into fast-paced, high-pressure creative environments
.While prior experience in events, entertainment or experiential marketing is preferred, we are open to candidates from other industries who possess strong project management expertise and the ability to manage large cross-functional teams and complex workflows
.This role requires someone who can seamlessly coordinate between multiple internal teams, external agencies, partners, vendors and stakeholders while ensuring timelines, deliverables and execution remain on track at every stage. Also requires the ability to thrive in fast-moving, high-pressure live environments where timelines shift rapidly and multiple stakeholders need to be aligned simultaneously
.Key Responsibilitie
sProject Planning & Managemen
- tLead end-to-end project management across Phase 1 Originals’ IPs including musicals, festivals, events and large-scale live experience
- sBuild and manage detailed project plans, timelines, trackers and execution roadmap
- sBreak down projects into actionable tasks, milestones and ownership structure
- sDefine workflows, responsibilities and accountability across team
- sEnsure all deliverables are tracked, monitored and completed within timeline
- sEstablish structured systems and processes to improve project efficiency and execution qualit

sRequired Skills & Experienc
- e5–8 years of experience in Project Managemen
- tStrong understanding of project management methodologies, tools and workflow
- sExperience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholder
- sExcellent organizational, planning and follow-through capabilitie
- sStrong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skill
- sAbility to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously in fast-paced environment
