Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Management Specialist located in New Delhi. Responsibilities include planning, managing, and coordinating projects from initiation to completion, ensuring effective resource allocation. The role involves monitoring project progress, addressing risks, implementing solutions, and maintaining clear communication with internal teams and clients. The specialist will collaborate with design, engineering, and operations teams to ensure all projects meet deadlines, budget goals, and quality expectations.
Qualifications
- Strong Project Management and Program Management skills to efficiently plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within scope.
- 0-2 years of experience.
- salary - 15k to 25k
- Analytical Skills to evaluate project challenges and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent Communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients effectively and professionally.
- Experience in Project Planning to define objectives, establish timelines, and manage project resources.
- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, engineering, or related field preferred.
- Experience in design, engineering, or a related industry is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
